.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure center will remain over the north-

central Gulf through Mon, then moves toward the SE Gulf by Tue

while weakening some. This pattern will continue to support

mostly gentle to moderate E to SE winds across the basin, with

pulses of fresh winds occurring north and west of the Yucatan

Peninsula and into the Bay of Campeche each night, as a surface

trough migrates from the Yucatan Peninsula westward across the

SW Gulf. Slight to moderate seas are expected through the

forecast period.

Northwest Gulf of America

.OVERNIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

.SUN...SE to S winds less than 5 kt, shifting to E in the

afternoon. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

.SUN NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the evening,

subsiding to 2 ft or less.

.MON...SE to S winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
