.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will dissipate W of the area tonight.
High pressure will build W of the waters late tonight into Mon
night, then drift SW away from the area Tue into Tue night. A
trough will develop along the Oregon coast Mon then persist
through Wed. Another trough will form along the coast of
Vancouver Island late Sun and persist through Wed night, then
expand S into the inner Washington waters Thu and Thu night. A
cold front will move SE through the waters Tue night and Wed.
High pressure will become reestablished W of the area Wed and
persist into Thu night.
