Part 3 Forecast South of line 11S143E 22S170E, and east of line 09S162E 11S162E 22S170E: Southeasterly quarter winds 20/30 knots south of trough, shifting northwesterly quarter north of trough and turning clockwise within 300nm of low. Rough seas. Low swell increasing to low to moderate south of line 19S168E 13S170E. Remainder: Winds not exceeding 20 knots. Slight to moderate seas. Low swell, increasing to low to moderate swell south of line 10S144E 11S156E 19S168E. Rain areas, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms throughout area.
