Winds not exceeding 20 knots. Slight to moderate seas. Low swell, increasing to

low to moderate west of line 08S147E 10S148E.



Rain areas, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms throughout except

south of line 21S170E 18S159E 17S150E. Visibility reducing below 2nm in

precipitation.
