Westerly quarter winds 15/25 knots, then decreasing below 20 knots from

060900UTC. Rough seas. Moderate swell.



West of line 04S147E 13S157E:

Southeasterly quarter winds 15/25 knots, reaching up to 30 knots through the

Vitiaz Strait. Moderate to rough seas. Low swell.



Remainder:

Winds not exceeding 20 knots. Slight to moderate seas. Low swell, increasing to

low to moderate swell south of line 19S170E 22S167E 13S164E 13S159E 22S152E.



Rain areas, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms mostly north of line

09S142E 15S170E. Visibility reducing below 2nm in precipitation.
