14S170E. Forecast trough 22S155E to tropical low (14U) 999hPa near 18S161E to

monsoon trough 15S171E at 160000UTC.



Part 3 Forecast

Within area bounded by 22S162E 12S152E 09S162E 16S169E:

Westerly quarter winds 15/25 knots, reaching up to 30 knots and turning

clockwise within 180nm of tropical low (14U). Moderate to rough seas. Low swell.



Remainder:

Winds not exceeding 20 knots. Slight to moderate seas. Low swell.



Rain areas, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms throughout most of

area. Heavy at times within 240nm of the northern semicircle of Tropical Low

(14U). Visibility reducing below 2nm in precipitation.
