Wind speeds 15/25 knots, increasing to 20/33 knots within 400nm of Tropical Cyclone "Maila", within 240nm of Tropical Low (31P), and west of line 17S157E 25S157E. Moderate to rough seas. Low to moderate swell. Rain areas, scattered showers, and isolated thunderstorms throughout area. Heavy at times within 180nm of Tropical Cyclone "Maila".
