Westerly quarter winds 20/30 knots. Winds easing below 25 knots from 220000UTC.

Rough seas, abating to slight to moderate seas from 220000UTC. Moderate to

heavy swell.



Remainder:

Winds not exceeding 25 knots. Slight to moderate seas. Low to moderate swell,

increasing to moderate to heavy swell east of line 35S166E 45S158E 50S149E.



Rain areas, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms within 180nm of

trough. Visibility reducing below 2nm in precipitation.
