Cold front near 49S136E 51S140E. Forecast near 49S156E 54S163E at 261800UTC and

weakening thereafter.



Trough [1] 36S140E 44S139E to low 980hPa near 45S135E. Forecast just trough

34S150E 43S151E at 261200UTC, and near 31S155E 41S157E 48S156E at 270000UTC.



Trough [2] forecast developing near 31S136E 42S146E at 261800UTC, then near

34S139E 39S144E 41S148E at 270000UTC.



Trough [3] near 26S164E 35S167E. Forecast near 28S168E 32S169E at 261200UTC

then weakening thereafter.



Low 980hPa near 45S135E. Forecast low 994hPa near 42S142E at 261200UTC, then

decaying thereafter.

South of line 31S129E 30S159E 40S163E, outside warning areas:

Northwesterly quarter winds within 780nm east of front, shifting northerly

quarter within 480nm east of trough [1], shifting westerly quarter within 540nm

east of trough [2], turning southwesterly quarter within 480nm southwest of

trough [2] and turning clockwise within 960nm of low in the northwestern

semicircle. Wind speeds 35/45 knots. Very rough to high seas. Moderate to heavy

swell.



Remainder:

Winds not exceeding 25 knots. Moderate to rough seas. Moderate swell.



Rain areas, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms mostly within 300nm of

troughs, front, and low. Heavy at times within 180nm east of trough [1] after

261500UTC. Visibility reducing below 2nm in precipitation.
