Northwesterly quarter winds 20/33 knots shifting southwesterly west of front.

Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.

Southerly quarter winds shifting northerly quarter east of trough, tending

clockwise within 300nm of low. Wind speeds 20/30 knots. Rough to very rough

seas. Moderate swell.
