Northwesterly quarter winds. Wind speeds 20/33 knots. Rough to very rough seas.

Low to moderate swell.



Within 240nm north of trough and west of 160E:

Northwesterly quarter winds. Wind speeds 20/30 knots. Rough seas. Low to

moderate swell.



Within 540nm of the eastern semicircle of low:

clockwise winds. WInd speeds 15/25, reaching up to 30 knots at times. Rough

seas. Low to moderate swell, increasing to moderate to heavy swell south of

line 43S148E 40S153E 39S164E.



Remainder:

Winds not exceeding 25 knots. Moderate to rough seas. Low to moderate swell,

increasing to moderate to heavy swell south of line 43S148E 40S153E 39S164E.



Rain areas, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms mostly within 180nm of

cold front, trough, and within 360nm of low. Heavy at times within 90nm north

of trough west of 160E and between 140900UTC and 150900UTC. Visibility reducing

below 2nm in precipitation.
