Trough near 31S166E 33S170E. Forecast near 26S168E 29S171E at 141800UTC, then

moving east of area.

South of line 45S129E 47S136E 45S161E:

Westerly quarter winds, tending northwesterly quarter east of cold front and

west of warm front, shifting northerly quarter within 180nm east of warm front.

Winds speeds 25/33 knots. Rough to very rough seas. Heavy swell.



East of line 29S168E 35S161E 44S160E:

Southerly quarter winds shifting southwesterly quarter north of trough. Wind

speeds 20/30 knots. Moderate to rough seas. Low to moderate swell.



Remainder:

Winds not exceeding 25 knots. Moderate to rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell,

decreasing to low to moderate swell north of line 38S165E 42S149E 38S144E.



Rain areas, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms mostly within 240nm of

fronts and trough and within 240nm of the New South Wales coast. Visibility

reducing below 2nm in precipitation.
