Riviera this afternoon, filling Tuesday morning.

Alboran Sea to east of Algerian coast, becoming Westerly in Alboran
sea Tuesday afternoon, then extending gradually eastwards. Light
Variable winds over Tyrrhenian Sea.  In south of basin, East or
Northeast light or moderate flow, locally fresh near Algerian coast.
