then moving north and expected 1019 in west of Portugal by 24/12
UTC.
High belt 1024 along 30N, slow moving.
High 1026 46N11W, building and moving north, expected 1031 53N00W by
24/12 UTC.
A tropical wave is along 20W from 13N southward, moving westward at
5-10 kt. 
The monsoon trough enters the Atlantic near 14N17W and continues
southwestward to 04N23W. The ITCZ extends from 04N23W to 01N43W.
