WALVIS BAY TO ORANGE RIVER:

WIND     : Variable 05 to 10, becoming S to SW 05 to 15 from mid-period.

VIS      : Good, but poor to very poor in fog until mid-period.

ORANGE RIVER TO CAPE AGULHAS:

WIND     : SE 10 to 20 south of Cape Columbine at first, otherwise SW to

           and Hondeklip Bay until Saturday mid-morning.

SEA STATE: 2.5 to 3.5m, reaching 4.0m between Cape Columbine and Cape

CAPE AGULHAS TO EAST LONDON:

WIND     : E to NE 15 to 25 east of Cape St Francis, otherwise variable

           05 to 10, becoming W to SW 10 to 20 west of Algoa Bay towards

           mid-period, spreading to East London by Saturday afternoon.

VIS      : Good.

SEA STATE: 2.5 to 3.5m, with S to SW swell.



EAST LONDON TO MAPUTO:

WIND     : N to NE 15 to 25, but SE to E 05 to 15 north of Sodwana Bay

           until mid-period.

VIS      : Good.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 2.5m, with S to SW swell.



MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL:

WIND     : N to NE 05 to 15 in the north-west, otherwise S to SE 10 to 20

           reaching 25 in the south-east, but variable 05 to 10 in the

           north-east.
