A gale force W to SW wind of 35 to 40 knots is expected between Still Bay and East London from Saturday evening. 3. Very rough to high seas of 4.0 to 8.0m is expected between Cape Point and Cape Agulhas from Saturday morning, spreading northwards to Saldanha Bay from mid-period, and spreading eastwards to Port Alfred in the evening. 4. Moderate visibility in showers and thundershowers is expected in the northern parts of the Mozambique Channel, as well as between Cape Agulhas and Still Bay from Saturday mid-morning, spreading to Cape St Francis in the evening. 5. Moderate visibility in rain and showers is expected between Cape Columbine and Cape Agulhas, spreading to Strandfontein by Saturday morning, and clearing north of Dassen Island towards the end of the period. 6. CAPE AGULHAS TO EAST LONDON: WIND : NW 10 to 20 in places west of Algoa Bay, reaching 30 to 40 in the Cape Agulhas area until Saturday afternoon, otherwise W to SW 15 to 25 reaching 30 to 40 between Still Bay and East London from the evening. VIS : Good, becoming moderate in showers and thundershowers between Cape Agulhas and Still Bay from Saturday mid-morning, spreading to Cape St Francis in the evening. SEA STATE: 2.0 to 3.0m east of Still Bay until Saturday late afternoon, otherwise 4.0 to 5.0m, reaching 6.0 to 8.0m in the Cape Agulhas area from the afternoon, spreading to Port Alfred in the evening, with SW swell.
