   western parts of the Mozambique Channel, as well as between East London

   and Maputo, clearing south of Richards Bay by Friday morning, into Maputo

   in the afternoon.

CUNENE RIVER TO WALVIS BAY:

WIND     : S to SE 05 to 15.

VIS      : Good, but very poor in fog in places north of Henties Bay until

           mid-period.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 3.0m, with S to SW swell.



WALVIS BAY TO ORANGE RIVER:

WIND     : S to SE 05 to 15, reaching 20 to 30 south of Fischersbrunn at

           first.

VIS      : Good.

SEA STATE: 2.5 to 3.0m, with S to SW swell.



ORANGE RIVER TO CAPE AGULHAS:

WIND     : Variable 05 to 10 south of Cape Columbine until mid-period,

           otherwise S to SE 05 to 15.

VIS      : Good.

SEA STATE: 2.5 to 3.5m, mainly SW swell.



CAPE AGULHAS TO EAST LONDON:

WIND     : W to SW 10 to 20 but variable 05 to 10 west of Cape St Francis,

           spreading to East London by Friday afternoon. It will become E to

           NE 10 to 20 in the evening.

VIS      : Good.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 3.0m, reaching 3.5 to 4.0m west of Oyster Bay from Friday

           early morning, with SW swell.



EAST LONDON TO MAPUTO:

WIND     : S to SW 05 to 15, reaching 20 to 25 north of Cape St Lucia until

           towards mid-period. It will become N to NE 05 to 15 south of

           Sodwana Bay in the evening.

VIS      : Moderate in showers and rain, becoming good south of Richards Bay

           by Friday morning, into Maputo in the afternoon.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 3.0m, with S to SW swell.



MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL:

WIND     : Variable 05 to 10 over the central parts, otherwise S to SE 05

           to 15 reaching 20 to 25 in the extreme north-east.

VIS      : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the south-west.
