1. Very poor visibility in fog is expected between Walvis Bay and Table

   Bay, spreading to Henties Bay by the end of the period, while clearing

   south of Lamberts Bay by mid-morning.



2. Moderate visibility in showers and rain is expected between Lamberts Bay

   and Cape Agulhas from mid-period, spreading to Still Bay towards the end

   of the period.



3. Moderate visibility in showers and thundershowers is expected over the

   north and eastern parts of the Mozambique Channel, and between

   Plettenberg Bay and Durban at first, as well as between East London

   and Richards Bay from mid-period, spreading to Sodwana Bay in the

   evening while clearing south of Durban.



4. A Gale force W to SW wind 35 knots is expected between Cape Point and

   Mossel Bay towards the end of the period.

1. A Gale force W to SW wind 35 to 40 knots is expected between Mossel Bay and

   East London from Saturday morning, spreading to Maputo from Saturday

   Afternoon (07/03/2026).



2. Very rough seas with wave heights from 4.0 to 6.0m is expected between

   Cape Point and East London from Saturday morning, spreading to Maputo in the

   Evening (07/03/2026).

CUNENE RIVER TO WALVIS BAY:

WIND     : Variable 05 to 10 south of Mowe Bay at first, otherwise S to SE 05 to

           15.

VIS      : Good, becoming very poor in fog south of Henties Bay by the end of

           the period.



WALVIS BAY TO ORANGE RIVER:

WIND     : Variable 05 to 10, becoming S to SE 05 to 15 north of Luderitz

           towards the end of the period.

VIS      : Very poor in fog in places.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 2.5m south of Luderitz, spreading to Walvis Bay from mid-

           period, with SW swell.



ORANGE RIVER TO CAPE AGULHAS:

WIND     : W to NW 05 to 15, reaching 20 to 25 south of Table Bay from mid-

           period, becoming SW 15 to 25 south of Cape Columbine towards the end

           of the period, while reaching 30 to 35 south of Cape Point.

VIS      : Good, but very poor in fog north of Table Bay, clearing south of

           Lamberts Bay by mid-morning, becoming moderate in rain and showers

           between Lamberts Bay and Cape Agulhas from mid-period.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 2.5m, reaching 3.0 to 3.5m south Cape Columbine from evening,

           with SW swell.



CAPE AGULHAS TO EAST LONDON:

WIND     : W to SW 05 to 15, reaching 20 to 30 west of Mossel Bay from mid-

           period, but 35 towards the end of the period.

VIS      : Good, but moderate in showers and thundershowers east of Plettenberg

           Bay at first, becoming moderate in showers and rain west of Still Bay

           towards the end of the period.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 2.5m, reaching 3.0 to 4.0m west of Still Bay towards the end

           of the period, with SW swell.



EAST LONDON TO MAPUTO:

WIND     : S to SW 05 to 15 south of Port Shepstone, otherwise N to NE 15 to 25,

           reaching 30 between Durban and Cape Vidal at times.

VIS      : Good, but moderate in showers and thundershowers south of Durban at

           first, as well as south of Richards Bay from mid-period, spreading to

           Sodwana Bay in the evening, while clearing south of Durban.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 3.0m, with E to NE swell.



MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL:

WIND     : Variable 05 to 10 over the central parts until mid-period, otherwise

           E to NE 05 to 15, reaching 20 to 25 in the south-east.

VIS      : Good, but moderate in showers and thundershowers in the north and

           eastern parts at times.
