2. Poor visibility in mist is expected between Cape Agulhas and Hamburg

   until Saturday mid-morning.



3. Moderate to poor visibility in showers and thundershowers is expected in

   places over the Mozambique Channel.



4. Moderate visibility in showers and rain is expected in places between

   Sodwana Bay and Maputo, as well as between Still Bay and Storms River

   Mouth by Saturday mid-morning, spreading to Algoa Bay in the evening.

CUNENE RIVER TO WALVIS BAY:

WIND     : Variable 05 to 10.

VIS      : Good, but very poor in fog until mid-period.

SEA STATE: 2.0m towards mid-period, with S to SW swell.



WALVIS BAY TO ORANGE RIVER:

WIND     : S to SE 10 to 20, but SW 05 to 15 north of Luderitz where it will

           become variable 05 to 10 towards the end of the period.

VIS      : Good, but very poor in fog until mid-period.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 2.5m, with S to SW swell.



ORANGE RIVER TO CAPE AGULHAS:

WIND     : S to SE 10 to 20, reaching 25 south of Table Bay.

VIS      : Good, but very poor in fog between Orange River and Hondeklip Bay

           until mid-period.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 3.0m, with S to SW swell.



CAPE AGULHAS TO EAST LONDON:

WIND     : NE 10 to 20 east of Algoa Bay at first and towards the end of the

           period, otherwise  W to SW 10 to 20. It will become SE to E 10 to

           20 west of Cape St Francis towards mid-period.

VIS      : Good, but poor in mist in places between Cape Agulhas and Hamburg

           until Saturday mid-morning, while becoming moderate in showers

           and rain between Still Bay and Storms River Mouth, spreading to

           Algoa Bay in the evening.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 3.0m, with S to SW swell, but with E to SE swell east of

           Algoa Bay.



EAST LONDON TO MAPUTO:

WIND     : E to NE 15 to 25, but S to SW 05 to 15 south of Coffee Bay until

           Saturday afternoon.

VIS      : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in places between Sodwana

           Bay and Maputo.

SEA STATE: 2.0 to 3.0m , with E to NE swell.



MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL:

WIND     : N to NE 05 to 15 in the north, otherwise SE to E 10 to 20

           reaching 25 to 30 in the south-east.

VIS      : Moderate to poor in showers and thundershowers in places.

SEA STATE: 3.0 to 3.5m in the south until towards the end of the period,

           with S to SE swell.
