.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...



A 1009 mb low near 57N 156W Thu afternoon tracks Northeasterly along

the Shelikof Strait to 60N 153W by Fri morning, then moves ashore

and dissipates over the Kenai Peninsula Friday afternoon. Its front

moves across the northern Gulf of Alaska through Sat evening.
