.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...

A 998 mb low at 59N 148W dissipates over the Kenai Peninsula Mon

afternoon. A front from a Bering low enters the southwestern Gulf

Mon morning and moves to the northern Gulf by Tue morning, where

it then stalls through Wed morning. A 983 mb low develops along

the frontal boundary at 57N 150W Tue morning and moves to 59N 150W

at 981 mb by Tue afternoon.
