An area of low pressure currently tracking southeastward, passing south of Haida Gwaii, will cause a frontal rain band to pass over the southeastern Gulf of Alaska & central & southern Inner Channels from north to south through Friday evening. A flat ridge of high pressure will pass over the eastern Gulf for Friday night into Saturday morning.
