.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...

 Winds up to 20 kts are expected in Cross Sound and Lynn Canal

through Tuesday. However, with a weakening ridge of high

pressure in the Gulf of Alaska, winds and waves are expected to

diminish as a fairly benign weather pattern sets up across the
