...THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE ATLANTIC WATERS...



At 5 PM AST, Doppler radar and satellite imagery indicated

thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots, and

sudden waterspouts. These thunderstorms were located over the

Atlantic coastal waters and just northwest of Aguadilla of Puerto

Rico, moving west. Additional thunderstorms are expected to

develop across these waters and the offshore Atlantic waters

through the rest of the evening hours.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until this storm passes.
