* At 631 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,

  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm

  was located over the western waters of Puerto Rico, just northwest

  of Aguadilla, moving west at 15 knots.



Locations impacted include...

Mainly open waters of Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico and USVI from 10

NM to 19.5N, Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM, Mona

Passage Southward to 17N and Coastal Waters of Northwestern Puerto

Rico out 10 NM.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek

safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
