* At 244 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,

  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots.



Locations impacted include...

  Mainly over the Mayaguez and Cabo Rojo Coastal Waters into the Mona

  Passage.

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement

agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service

office.



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until these storms pass.
