.Synopsis...High pressure will remain far NE of the area through

the forecast period. A strong kona storm will begin affecting the

offshore waters Tuesday, and will push a front into the NW waters

by mid- week. The front will continue east slowly and strengthen

by Friday, leading to increasing S winds, rough seas, heavy rain,

and thunderstorms.
