.Synopsis...Surface high pressure will remain far N of the waters

through the forecast period. At 1100 PM, Hurricane Lowell was

centered at 14.1N 163.5W and moving NW at 4 kts. Lowell will

curve N Sunday into early next week, bringing hurricane

conditions to the W offshore waters Sunday night into Tuesday.

Tropical Storm Karina will gradually weaken and remain NE of the

offshore waters.
