Strong high pressure N of the area will maintain fresh to strong trade winds outside of the Nolo wind field during this time. Nolo will then turn W slowly on Wednesday and exit the offshore waters by Thursday. Trade winds decrease as high pressure weakens and Nolo moves west of the islands.
