A front off of the NE North Carolina and Virginia coasts gradually moves N as a warm front, and along with weak low pressure the features move NE across the waters from late Sun through Mon. A cold front will quickly follow the low and move SE over the waters Mon and Mon night. High pressure then builds over the S waters for Tue and Tue night with a lingering trough over the N waters. Another cold front should approach the N waters Tue night, moving slowly S across the area late Tue night and Wed with weak low pressure moving SE along the front. With high pressure building S over the N waters, the front will be just S of the waters Wed night while another low moves SE along the front Wed night through Thu.
