.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move S of the waters early today,

then stall later today S of the area off of the Delmarva

peninsula as high pressure builds in behind the front. High

pressure then remains over most of the area through Mon. The high

shifts E Mon night as the front moves back N as a warm front. The

front moves into or very near the S waters late Mon night, and

low pressure will develop along the front Tue. Low pressure

gradually moves E of the area overnight Tue through Wed, then

high pressure returns to the waters for Wed night and Thu. High

pressure moves E Thu night as a surface trough develops over the

waters, ahead of a cold front approaching from the NW.
