.SYNOPSIS...High pressure moves E today as a broad low well south

of the area slowly moves N toward the mid- Atlantic. Then, for

tonight through Wed night, the waters will be between the strong

low stalling offshore of the mid-Atlantic coast, and high

pressure over the Great Lakes and SE Canada. A cold front

approaches the area from the NW Thu, moving into the waters Thu

night and through the area Fri. High pressure should build in

from the NW Fri night. Mariners should monitor the latest high

seas, offshore, coastal, and tropical forecasts on the low

pressure system, executing avoidance as needed for any voyages

planned especially to the south of the area.
