.SYNOPSIS...Today through Wed night, the waters will be between

the strong low to the S stalling offshore of the mid-Atlantic

coast, and high pressure over the Great Lakes and SE Canada. The

low will begin moving slowly NE Thu and continue to do so through

the weekend, while high pressure builds over the waters from the

W Thu night through Sat night. Mariners should continue to

monitor the latest high seas, offshore, coastal, and tropical

forecasts on the low pressure system, executing avoidance as

needed for any voyages planned especially to the south of the

area.
