.SYNOPSIS...A nearly stationary front to the E of the waters will

drift W tonight through Mon with a surface low eventually forming

along the front near the Carolina coast Mon night. It will then

slowly move N Tue through Wed night. High pressure will likely

build in over the S waters Wed night and persist through Thu

night.
