.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered well E of the S waters will

maintain a ridge W across the area today into Wed. A weak cold

front will move slowly S over the N and central waters today and

stall, then slowly weaken tonight into Tue night. A stronger cold

front will approach the coast Wed and Wed night, then move across

the waters Thu and Thu night. Another high will build E across

the area Fri, then shift E of the region Fri night as another

cold front moves offshore.
