.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will shift E of the area today.

Developing low pressure will move NE over the SE portion of the

waters later today or this evening, then continue to track NE and

pass near or just E of the outer waters tonight into Thu while

strengthening. The strengthening low will pass NE of the area

late Thu into Thu night. A second cold front will move E across

the region Thu into early Fri. High pressure will build over the

area late Fri into Sat, then shift E of the region Sat night as a

cold front moves SE toward the New Jersey coast. The cold front

will move E and SE over the N waters Sun into Sun night as high

pressure continues over the central and S waters.
