.SYNOPSIS...Developing low pressure will move NE over the SE

portion of the waters this evening, then continue to track NE and

pass near or just E of the outer waters into Thu while

strengthening. The strengthening low will pass NE of the area

late Thu into Thu night. A second cold front will move E across

the region Thu into early Fri. High pressure will build over the

area late Fri into Sat, then shift E of the region Sat night as a

cold front moves SE toward the New Jersey coast. The cold front

will move E and SE over the N waters Sun night into Mon as high

pressure continues over the central and S waters. The front will

stall over the N waters into Mon night.
