.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the NW parts early this morning,

moves into the N portions today, then stalls tonight into Sat.

The front returns N as a warm front later Sat, clearing N of the

area Sat night. Low pressure develops along the Mid-Atlantic

coast later Sat and Sat night, lifting NE along the coast Sun and

Sun night. The low pulls a cold front offshore late Sun and Sun

night, again stalling across the waters Mon through Tue night.

Low pressure may develop along the stalled front Tue and Tue

night.
