.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the northern waters will move E

today as a broad low slowly moves N toward the mid-Atlantic.

Then, for overnight through Wed night, the low will meander off

of the mid-Atlantic coast. Mariners should monitor the latest

high seas, offshore, coastal, and tropical forecasts on the low

pressure system, and have avoidance plans in place. The low

should finally start to move NE Thu ahead of an approaching cold

front from the NW. The low will move E of the area Thu night with

the cold front moving into the N waters late Thu night, and

through the waters Fri and Fri night with high pressure building

in behind the front.
