.SYNOPSIS...Intensifying low pressure just E of the area this

morning, will track NE and continue to move away from the region

today and tonight. A secondary low will develop near the SE

coast later Tue, then drift N along the coast Tue night through

Fri while pulling a strong cold front through the waters. High

pressure will build E into the waters later Fri through Sat

night. Hurricane Melissa will pass well E of the waters Thu into
