.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move offshore overnight into early

Sun as an intensifying low pressure forms on the front just to

the N and NE of the waters. The cold front will move E and S of

the area late Sun into Sun night as high pressure builds E toward

the waters. The high pressure area will build E over the area

Mon, and then weaken Mon night as the next cold front moves SE

over the area. Strong high pressure will build to the NW and N of

the waters Tue and Tue night as the front passes E and SE of the

area. High pressure will slide E over the far N waters Wed and

slowly move off to the NE of the area Wed night. Another cold

front will move across the waters Thu and Thu night. The NAVTEX

transmitter in Charleston is not operational at this time.

Technicians are aware and parts have been ordered.
