.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will stall E of the area tonight as

developing low pressure clears E and NE of the waters. Another

cold front will cross the outer waters this evening before

merging with the first front by later tonight. The front will

remain E of the area Thu through Thu night, then slowly shift E

Fri and Fri night. A high pressure ridge will build over the

waters Thu night through Mon night.
