.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure center over the NE waters moves E of

the area tonight and early Tue. A cold front behind the low

slowly moves S over the area tonight and Tue while weakening.

Another cold front approaches from the N Tue, and moves S across

the area Tue night and Wed. Low pressure forms along the front

Wed and moves NE of the waters Wed night while gradually

broadening and strengthening. As the low moves well NE of the

area Thu, high pressure builds S over the waters, continuing

through Sat night.
