today before retreating to E tonight. A cold front will cross

the waters Tue through Wed before stalling over the waters and

persisting through Thu night with an embedded low likely to form

just N waters Thu or Thu night. The low will move NE of the area

Fri and Fri night while another cold front approaches from the W.
