.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will briefly build over the waters

before retreating to the E tonight. A cold front will cross the

waters Tue through Wed before stalling over the waters and

persisting through Thu night with an embedded low likely to form

just N of the waters Thu or Thu night. The low will move NE of

the area Fri and higher pressure will build into the area.
