.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge across the area will drift SE

tonight into Sat while weakening. A cold front will approach from

the N today, then stall just N of the area tonight. Low pressure

will form well N of the area along the stalled front Fri night.

The low will move NE away from the area while pushing a cold

front across the waters Sat night through Sun. Weak low pressure

will approach the North Carolina coast Sun night, then drift

across the waters just N of the area Mon and Mon night. Tropical

Storm Bertha remains in the N Gulf of America and will move W

through Fri. Please monitor the latest information from the

National Hurricane Center.
