.SYNOPSIS...High pressure E of the area will remain anchored

while keeping a ridge in place over the southern and eastern

waters tonight into Wed. A trough will develop near the coast on

Wed then persist into Sat night as several fronts stall N of the

area. A ridge will build over the waters Sun and Mon.
