.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front will prevail near or just N of the

area early today, with the front retreating to the N during the

day today. A high pressure ridge will extend W across the region

tonight, then shift NE Mon and Mon night. A low pressure trough

will develop off the SE coast Mon, then persist Tue and Tue night

as strong high pressure builds well to the N of the area. A

ridge extending S and SW from the strong high will build S over

the Mid-Atlantic and SE states Wed and Wed night as low pressure

forms to the E and N of the area. The strengthening low will

slowly move N or NE while remaining N and NE of the area through

Thu night.
