.SYNOPSIS...Strengthening, broad low pressure will continue to

meander off of the SE U.S. coast, offshore of the Carolinas,

tonight and Mon. The low gradually moves N later Mon and Mon

night, then meandering off of the mid-Atlantic coast Tue through

Wed night before finally moving NE and well away from the area

Thu. Mariners should monitor the latest high seas, offshore,

coastal, and tropical forecasts on the low pressure system,

executing avoidance as needed for any voyages planned especially

to the north of the area. Over the waters S of the low, high

pressure will build in Mon night and Tue, and continue through

Thu night. A cold front approaches from the N Fri and should move

through the area Fri night.
