.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate northeast to east winds will

diminish slightly through the middle of the week, then

increase slightly at the end of the week. A large deep-layer

trough over the central Atlantic in combination with abundant

tropical moisture is expected to maintain unsettled weather

conditions in the region well into the week. Thunderstorms are

likely today across the regional waters. Winds and seas will be

locally higher with the strongest storms.
